Danmei and transmigration are separate labels that overlap often. Wikipedia calls danmei, literally "addicted to beauty", "a genre of Chinese literature and other fictional media that features homoerotic relationships between male characters" (its article currently carries a warning about machine-written text, so treat it as a starting point). Chuanyue, the Chinese term behind "transmigration", is "a Chinese genre of speculative fiction where the protagonist normally travels back in time to historical periods or travels to parallel universes and different worlds". A "system" is the game-like guide some of those travellers get.
The clearest example of all three at once is The Scum Villain's Self-Saving System. Seven Seas, which publishes it in English, sums up the setup: Shen Yuan dies and "finds himself reborn into the world of the web novel", in the body of Shen Qingqiu, "the beautiful but cruel teacher to a young Luo Binghe".
